The first person that smile at me when I walked into Crown Acura was John Shaw. Little did I know he was the person I was coming to see. My Acura needed a oil change and the A/C needed some work. Best Service Ever!!! John Shaw is by far the best Service Advisor I have ever dealt with. He is extremely considerate and knowledgeable of what he does.
