Never pushes me to do service before it's due. Always provides a very clear estimate. I took my teenage daughter with me this last time to show her how to do the process, and he walked through EVERY detail as if it was his own daughter. Even told her that when she went off to college, she could call him if she needed service or repairs so he could tell her if it sounded like it was necessary and the correct price. I would easily send her to get service from John and never worry about whether she'd be treated fairly. More

Julian Bitar came through for me again! Three weeks after purchasing tires from Crown Acura I found a screw imbedded in one of them, picked up from the construction at my work place.
