I would like to thank Julian Bitar & Crown Acura for "again" helping me when I need it. I called Julian on a Saturday morning after getting a flat from debris from a storm. I had a long standing issue with my car that was not diagnosed by previous staff, but Julian Bitar took the time to not only get the issue diagnosed, but fixed and covered under my warranty. At this vis diagnosed by previous staff, but Julian Bitar took the time to not only get the issue diagnosed, but fixed and covered under my warranty. At this visit, they stated the issue was finally reproduced and the transmission was the issue, but it was no longer under warranty despite it being the SAME long-standing issue they failed to diagnose on multiple prior occasions; therefore it was deemed to be not covered (terrible customer service btw)!! After discussing the number of times I HAD REPORTED the issue while UNDER WARRANTY previously, the dealership agreed with Julian to cover the repairs. I appreciate his help and willingness to listen, as well as do the right thing for us as customers. Acura could use more employees like Julian. More
