I called Crown Acura and was Clearwater from my home in Minnesota. Yesterday, my Acura MDX started flashing all of its warning lights unexpectedly. I called Crown Acura and was patched through to Julian, who answered by saying, “Hello, this is Julian Bitar. How may I make your day better?” He talked me through the possibilities and made an appointment for me at noon that day. I took the car in and waited just a short time while the mechanics diagnosed the problem, reset the computer and had me on my way within one hour. Julian kept me informed throughout the process. It’s nice to encounter someone who really cares when you need them most. Thank you. More

I have come to realize that Crown Acura hires the best of the best. I've had nothing but exceptional experiences with everyone I've dealt with since I became a client in 2017. I had assistance from Bart Bartley today who was courteous and went out of his way to be helpful with scheduling and even carrying my child's car seat! I've also worked with Julian and even a tech (I wish I knew his name) who rode around with me once a few visits ago to locate a rattling sound in my car....all of these people are top notch. I mean....what company allows the staff to pay attention to a customer complaint about a rattle? Acura. And that's why I own one and will again. By the way, they located the rattle....they had to remove a seat (!) and now it's perfect. I only get my car serviced at Crown Acura in Clearwater.
