I’ve been with Crown Acura for a few years now, and despite having recently had a problem with their sales department, Julian reminded me why I chose to stick with Acura’s service department. Julian has always provided me with excellent customer service, and went above and beyond to help me figure out what service plan I purchased so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket.
