I live in Virginia. My family and I were headed to Marco Island for our first family vacation since the pandemic and along the way, I started experiencing a strange vibration and noise in my 2014 MDX which Island for our first family vacation since the pandemic and along the way, I started experiencing a strange vibration and noise in my 2014 MDX which was later diagnosed as a bad front wheel bearing. Very stressful to be sure as we are far from home and this would certainly have led to a bad situation on the highway somewhere. I called Crown Acura, spoke to service advisor Bart Bartley and he brought me in. To say that he was the consummate professional is an understatement. I know how tough it is right now to get parts, with so many being on back order due to the pandemic, but Bart figured out a way to get both the bearing and a rusted out ABS sensor changed. He saved us and our family vacation and I really can’t thank him and you all enough for getting me out of a bind. Thanks Bart and Crown Acura for taking such great care of a customer who could never possibly be a repeat customer. More
