I had a couple of problems with my 2015 TLX and could not be happier with the service and communications I received from Julian. I personally am on the phone nearly most of the day, so the fact that Julian c be happier with the service and communications I received from Julian. This allowed him to keep me up-to-date on the ordering an arrival of parts and approvals for work to be performed!
