I recently got a flat tire while driving my Acura and I took it to Crown Acura for emergency service. I dealt with John Shaw and his service was outstanding. He was able to get me a great deal and had my took it to Crown Acura for emergency service. I dealt with John Shaw and his service was outstanding. What can I say about Bart Bartley in the Crown Acura service department. He is a true professional when you deal with him. Does not oversell the services they offer. Will generally tell you what should service department. He is a true professional when you deal with him. Does not oversell the services they offer. I am writing this review regarding the car service center and the disappointing experience I received while getting my car serviced on Friday 1.13.22. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and cur and the disappointing experience I received while getting my car serviced on Friday 1.13.22. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and currently lease 2 cars from the Acura of Pembroke Pines. I have always received exceptional customer service at the Acura of Pembroke of Pembroke Pines but this was not the case at Crown Acura. My appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation which I was told would be $119 at no point was I told that any additional costs or services would be needed on my car, so I was totally taken back and caught off guard when I was told that the total was $393. When I asked why the total was so much more, I was told that is what I initialed for without any explanation of the 4 additional services performed as well as the additional cost of the services. I have 6 months left on my lease and plan to turn in my car in 2 months so I would not have approved to incur theses additional costs at this point in my lease. I reached out and left a message with customer service representative on Friday 1.13.22 but have yet to receive a courtesy call back. as well as emailing the GM of the dealership on Monday 1.16.22 and again have yet to receive any response. More
