I experienced some distatste for a certain employees customer service but the high standards that Larry and Randy as well as Crown Acura as a Company believe in, ultimately won me over as a customer for a second time. No need to get into details as just the simple acknowledgement of my issue being of great importance to them was enough to wipe away any possible blemish that I might of carried with me. I want to coomend crown acura for assistance in helping me replace a cracked dashboard on my 2005 tl. They helped me get 90 per cent assistance from the manufacturer and did a great job replacing the entir me replace a cracked dashboard on my 2005 tl. It is always easy scheduling appointments with Crown Acura. Even if I need to reschedule, John is very accomodating and works with my schedule to make sure it is convenient for me. I got into my TL at 7am and the battery was dead. I called the Acura Roadside Assistance number and was quickly speaking to a friendly person who scheduled someone to my home and, he was there in less called the Acura Roadside Assistance number and was quickly speaking to a friendly person who scheduled someone to my home and, he was there in less than 30 minutes! Leaving my house at 8am and while driving toward Crown Acura, I called the service department where I lamented to John Shaw my battery dilemma and also told him I knew I didn't have an appointment but it was a "battery emergency" and I was already "exceptionally late for work"! (Most mornings if I'm late to work it isn't an issue but on this day the state department was there to meet with us and I really needed to be on time.) I also told him I would be there ASAP but the morning traffic was its usual and I would be there as soon as I could. He politely said, "I'll clear the traffic path for you!" Of course, this remark instantly calmed me; we laugh and I made my way to the dealership. Upon my arrival, John had the paperwork ready for me to sign and I patiently waited for my new battery. By 9am I was on the road to work! By the way, John personally walked me to my car, opened the door and wished me a better rest of the day! What a guy! Thanks so much, Renee Sutter More
John has been our service adviser since 1999 and we can always count on him to provide us with outstanding service. My husband and I have had four TLs and we trust John to take care of them for us.
