I just purchased a brand new Acura RDX and came back for my 30 day pit stop (what a cool service!). John was very accommodating to my schedule. I made a call about getting my car checked out (light came on over the weekend), and I had an appointment set up within the hour with Bart Bartley. I waited a bit until he came back with the diagnostic report and he said it was something covered under warranty but they needed to order a part. It would be in the following day and he asked if I would like a loaner. I opted for it out of convenience and received a call the following day asking if I wanted to come up later that afternoon or the following morning. If I wasn't out and about already I would have waited, but I figured I might as well head over. I got there a bit earlier than expected (trying to avoid traffic) and waited to fill out my papers and get my keys. Bart made my experience painless, but then again every service employee at Crown has been pleasant to work with. More

Particularly important to me is that the service department has been able to accommodate my hectic schedule with an occasional last minute service or loaner vehicle when a more lengthy maintenance visit is required. The customer service has been outstanding. As a result, I have not had the car serviced at any other location since purchasing the car new at Crown in 2009, The whole team has gone above and beyond to earn my business and loyalty. More
I've been going to Crown for many years for service for my Acuras. And for each and every one of those visits John Shaw has been absolutely amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly explains for my Acuras. And for each and every one of those visits John Shaw has been absolutely amazing! I have 2 other Acura dealers that are much closer to my home but I choose to make the 1 hour drive each way to Crown solely because of Jphn Shaw and the service team!!! The quality of service one of the main reasons I now own 4 Acuras and have recommended them to all of family and friends!!! More

This was my 1st time having my 2008 TL serviced at Crown Acura. John Shaw was highly recommended by a friend I work with and that's why I brought my car to Crown.
