I made a call about getting my car checked out (light came on over the weekend), and I had an appointment set up within the hour with Bart Bartley. I waited a bit until he came back with the diagnostic report and he said it was something covered under warranty but they needed to order a part. It would be in the following day and he asked if I would like a loaner. I opted for it out of convenience and received a call the following day asking if I wanted to come up later that afternoon or the following morning. If I wasn't out and about already I would have waited, but I figured I might as well head over. I got there a bit earlier than expected (trying to avoid traffic) and waited to fill out my papers and get my keys. Bart made my experience painless, but then again every service employee at Crown has been pleasant to work with. More

He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly explains for my Acuras. And for each and every one of those visits John Shaw has been absolutely amazing!
