Faster than Jimmy Johns I brought my car in Acura service dept because the fuse blew out and my cigarette lighters weren't working to charge my cell phone. I came in with no appointment in a panic because I drive home to home to take care of critical care patients and my phone is my lifeline to making sure they get the care they need. I explained my problem to John Shaw and he calmed me, gave me refreshments, and five minutes later he came back saying my car was fixed and ready to go. He immediately fixed it himself and had me on my way. THANK YOU SO MUCH JOHN!! You are the best!! :) More

My MDX was in for servicing on January 28, 2014. My experience with Dan and Crown Acura was excellent as it always is. The MDX was brought in for it's 30,000 mile checkup and Dan explained the details experience with Dan and Crown Acura was excellent as it always is. The MDX was brought in for it's 30,000 mile checkup and Dan explained the details of the dealer recommended 30,000 mile service. We also had a noise concern in the right front end of the vehicle and Rueben (service technician) went for a ride with us and said he knew what the problem was and it would be taken care of and it was. We were very pleased with Dan and Rueben. They are both very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and I enjoyed working with them. They are a great asset to Crown Acura's Service Department. More

I had to bring my TL in for product issues. My TL was out of warranty. Not only did John Shaw and the Director work with Acura about my concerns, they were able to get Acura to help with the cost. Whe out of warranty. Not only did John Shaw and the Director work with Acura about my concerns, they were able to get Acura to help with the cost. When buying a car it's important to know you are in good hands on the service side. Because of the good service and Acura standing by their product. I will always get my Acura serviced at Crown Acura. More

The people there are friendly and knowledgeable. They are very efficient. I was in and out with a loaner, with all paperwork ready for me as soon as I got there. As a VERY busy businessman, I can't afford to lose lots of time. They were fast and efficient, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Bart Bartley was the agent who assisted me today. He was busy when I first got there, so the others worked on helping until he was ready to take-over. Their teamwork was absolutely brilliant to see. I will continue to use Crown Acura, and continue to buy my cars there. More

It is always a pleasure stopping in at Crown Acura. My visit today was just for some regularly schedule maintenance.
