Well done and timely for car repair! I expected a reasonably long wait so I brought a book. I was greeted at the car as I drove in and the gentleman was most attentive and helpful. 2013 Acura MDX Excellent Service Experience I purchased my MDX from Crown Acura in Clearwater in June of 2013. Although I live out-of-state, the deal Crown Acura gave me was to hard to pass up! I purchased my MDX from Crown Acura in Clearwater in June of 2013. Although I live out-of-state, the deal Crown Acura gave me was to hard to pass up! I was at the right place at the right time, as the saying goes. During our recent visit to the Clearwater area, my MDX indicator showed that it was time for an oil change and service. I called Crown Acura this past Thursday, and was able to schedule my appointment on the following Saturday afternoon with Dan Victory, Crown Acura Service Advisor. This is the first time I had brought my MDX to Crown Acura for service since I purchased the vehicle, since I live out-of-state, However, Dan treated me as if I have been a long time service customer; he was very polite, friendly and very professional. He had my MDX in and out within the time frame he promised; only an hour and 15 minute wait, during which they performed an entire vehicle check; belts, fluid levels, brakes, battery, tire rotation, etc. and an oil and filter change. Dan even provided a complimentary car wash and interior vacuum before delivering the car back to me. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the service, and would definitely recommend the Crown Acura Service Department to anyone who owns an Acura, and especially Dan Victory as your Service Advisor. Dan epitomizes the definition of "customer service". I will definitely be back for service when in the Clearwater area. More

Brian Bennett Outstanding Service Advisor Driving down to Florida from Pittsburgh with my brand new 2015 TLX (1100 miles), I discovered that my AC wasn't working, one of my headlights was burn Driving down to Florida from Pittsburgh with my brand new 2015 TLX (1100 miles), I discovered that my AC wasn't working, one of my headlights was burned out, and my gearshift was out of line. Bad people I took my Acura MDX in for a transmission issue. I was told I needed new motor mounts and a new torque converter. I told John Shaw that I thought this I took my Acura MDX in for a transmission issue. I was told I needed new motor mounts and a new torque converter. I told John Shaw that I thought this would be covered by my powertrain warranty. He said "no sorry it is not". I asked him to call Acura he said that he did and they would do the motor mounts but I would have to pay for the torque converter. So I called Acura. They said "yes it is covered". I gave John one more shot to make it right when I went to pick up the car and asked him to call Acura again. When he told me there was nothing he could do. I then told him I called them and they said it was covered. He called them and they said yes it was covered. Not sure why he wanted to bill me instead of Acura. Then he changed my phone number in the computer so I did not get a survey. I now drive 45 minutes to Ferman Acura for warranty /recall work and use Autoway Honda for service. Both are honest. More
