Our records show that this event was 4 years ago, and we had to pull your file from our archives. It appears that there may have been some confusion regarding the powertrain warranty coverage on your 2006 MDX as Acura changed the coverage beginning with 2006 models but I see from our records that we did perform the repairs under warranty.
