John Shaw, assistant service manager, greeted me at the door and took terrific care of me whil 3.4.2015 I brought in my 2012 MDX for a B123 service. John Shaw, assistant service manager, greeted me at the door and took terrific care of me while I waited for my vehicle. Having recently moved to the area and as a first time Crown Acura customer I was curious to know how Crown would stack up versus the other Acura dealerships I have used. John and his team were great. They gave me a detailed estimate (prior to beginning any work), provided timely updates while I waited, and even took the time to follow-up with me the next day to make sure I was totally satisfied with the work. Bottom line: I would not hesitant to take a vehicle to Crown Acura for service, particularly when working with John Shaw. More

Wowed by Crown Acura AGAIN! John Shaw and the service team have done it again! My visit with the 2010 RDX I purchased almost 2 years ago used-certified needed the B1 service, whe John Shaw and the service team have done it again! My visit with the 2010 RDX I purchased almost 2 years ago used-certified needed the B1 service, when I scheduled it was projected to take 2 hours, I was out of there with car vacuumed and washed in less than 1 1/2 hour. Barely time to check in with John and visit with Chris D who was at his desk early- he sold me the car which I love in great part because the Crown Acura folks are so pleasant to work with. Leadership give these folks a pat on the back...a raise if possible! More
Excellent Service - GPS Fix On February 20th I brought my 207 Acura TLS in for replacement of my GPS unit. The car was fixed and done at the promised time.
