As always, Brian made sure that I had full information on what needed to be done and kept me informed as the work progressed. Because I had to leave the car overnight, I very much appreciated him arranging a loaner car for me. I have truly enjoyed my Acura MDX and the opportunity that Brian arranged for me to drive a brand new MDX convinced me that Acura is the company that I will stay with when the time is right to trade my car in. Customer Service makes a difference and Brian is an excellent example of putting the customer first. More

New Brakes - total ripoff I made the mistake of bringing my car here to get new brakes. It was a complete ripoff. $600 more than I would have paid at another shop. Also tried t I made the mistake of bringing my car here to get new brakes. It was a complete ripoff. $600 more than I would have paid at another shop. Also tried to get me to buy tires and replace the steering each for another $2200. If they would have had their way I would have been $5K or higher out the door on a car with 50K miles on it. Shame on you!! Will never return. They also kept it over night after promising to have it done that day. I should have just gone to get it and had the work done somewhere else. Lesson learned. More
