I have never had a problem with their Service or Sales people. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Brian Bennett in getting our Acura serviced. Brian is professional, knowledgeable as well as personable. This is not the first time that I have worked with Brian nor it will be the last. He makes me aware of what is needed to keep our Acura running at 100% and we get it done. I can not say enough about the people that I have worked with since I have been an owner of an Acura owner from Crown Acura. From service to new lease We originally met with Brian to help us rectify a warranty issue that our original dealer continued to screw up. After dealing with so many issue with the previous dealership, I swore I would never buy another Acura. While service had our TLX we went car shopping, my lease was almost up and we were near a few dealerships I was interested in. Within an hour our car was fixed and I was amazed because I had taken my car to my previous dealership 3 times and they had not figured out what was wrong (tighten bolts!). My husband talked me into test driving a new Acura so Brian introduced us to Gillian. She was awesome and because of the positive experience I had with her and Brian we traded in our leased Acura in for a new Acura. Gillian stayed in contact with us during the next few days without being annoying. She let us make our own decisions and supported them. When we finally decided on what we wanted they worked out a great price and we leased a new Acura. More
