The Crown automotive group knows this and recognizes that after a car sale it is the service department that can make or break a client relationship. The service reps at Crown Acura, just like at Crown Honda and Mercedes, are all well trained professionals. My recent experience at Crown Acura is a great example of the kind of service I have come to expect at Crown dealerships. Christopher Sanborn, my service rep, was polite, knowledgeable, and worked with me to reduce the cost of repairs. He ensured I knew exactly what the service entailed and why it needed to be performed. He was never pushy and never tried to upsell.
