Customer service at its BEST! I just purchased a brand new RDX at Crown Acura. I have always had an Acura, as I feel they are the "best" car, and you can't beat the customer servi I just purchased a brand new RDX at Crown Acura. I have always had an Acura, as I feel they are the "best" car, and you can't beat the customer service anywhere!! The general manager, Dan Morris helped me take care of a few minor issues I was having, and set me up with a wonderful man, Chris Sanborn from the service department. Chris arranged for a rental car, the same kind that I was accustomed to....he got me in, and out so quickly, and was so accommodating!!! Chris kept me fully informed of everything they were doing to my car. When I returned to the dealership to pick up my car, it had been beautifully cleaned inside and out! I always recommend Crown Acura to all my friends and family. I think that dealership goes above and beyond for their customers! More

Great Service Had a tire shop replace the battery and my 2015 RDX locked up after getting home. Nothing would work.
