The Crown automotive group knows this and recognizes that after a car sale it is the service department that can make or break a client relationship. The service reps at Crown Acura, just like at Crown Honda and Mercedes, are all well trained professionals. My recent experience at Crown Acura is a great example of the kind of service I have come to expect at Crown dealerships. Christopher Sanborn, my service rep, was polite, knowledgeable, and worked with me to reduce the cost of repairs. He ensured I knew exactly what the service entailed and why it needed to be performed. He was never pushy and never tried to upsell. He is a great asset to the Crown family and I recommended him to my friends without hesitation. he clearly has a bright future at Crown. More

One of the team members that really stands out is Service Advisor Bart Barley. As a result of Bart's personal involvement and coordination with a shop foreman, ( didn't catch his name but very knowledgable about the problem at hand ) a recent issue with my car was resolved very timely and efficiently. He is honest, knowledgeable, sincere and really knows how to take care of his customers. We have a lot of respect to the way he goes about servicing us. He is patient, listens and carefully explains the benefit of any service needed and always tries to give us the best options. He is not pushy and very respectful.
