Bart again was amazing! I had some rim work done due to an off-roading experience. I was skeptical on getting the rim “patched” as I feared it wouldn’t look very good. With Barts reassurance we proceeded with the patchwork. They did an AMAZING job. The rim looks brand new. I also had a car sensor issue and Bart went out of his way to fix that for me as well! I couldn’t thank Bart enough for everything he’s done for me so far! He is a great asset to Acura. I trust him and his judgement! THANK YOU BART! More

He calmly and expertly c monster hurricanes in 2 weeks and Assistant Service Manager John Shaw was as SENSATIONAL as ever and STEADFAST in a crisis! He calmly and expertly coordinated all facets of the Insurance claim processing (including taking endless phone calls with insurance reps, etc) for my saltwater-flooded RDX which was deemed a total loss. I’ve been with John for over a decade and I’m now on my fourth RDX. I’m not exaggerating when I say that no matter the situation John’s impressive and he makes everything seem so effortless when you know it’s complicated and truly a lot of work behind the scenes. I couldn’t be more grateful for all he did to assist me from the moment I contacted him the morning after Helene while we were both dealing with my Insurance representatives and working to find a tow truck company available to take my RDX to Crown. John was so understanding and already working to expedite the process. (And he was expertly juggling all this when there were so many other clients who were in similar situations with flooded cars being brought in). Of course, John didn’t stop there with the Service aspect—he was also instrumental in ensuring I was immediately in process for a new replacement RDX. He had already engaged the wonderful Crown General Manager Sophie Morris and Sales Advisor Richard Morris to assist me! Thank you yet again John —you’re superb and the entire team at Crown is exceptional when it comes to looking out for your customers. Even epic hurricanes can’t deter you!! More

John Shaw was my service advisor on October 5, 2024. I had my vehicle towed there overnight with a flat tire. He was very punctual with his responses and promised to have me out the same day.
