Greetings, I would like to express that I dreaded having Greetings, I would like to express that I dreaded having to go out and purchase a new vehicle, but we needed another vehicle; I am pleased and very h Greetings, I would like to express that I dreaded having to go out and purchase a new vehicle, but we needed another vehicle; I am pleased and very happy to say shopping with Craig Woody and Acura family was a new experience. Let me explain: . First we were greeted in a very friendly manner, not with some of the stiffiness you experience at some dealers and we had been to quite a few to say the least . Secondly we were told about the no haggling procedure, the price on the car was the price we paid for the car; this information relaxed my husband and that is not easy to do when it comes to spending money. When we left the first night my husband expressed he liked Mr. Woody because he was friendly, easy going, informative and made him feel at ease. Whew! I was glad to hear that, I felt half the battle is over! . Everything was explained to us including the financing,we told Craig we were paying cash, but the whole procedure was explained to us, just incase we changed our minds about payment, or just on a NTK,need to know basis, which we found interesting. . The test drive was smooth and informative. Craig drove off of the lot, thank goodness, drove to a not so busy area and let me get acclimated with the car and then out into the traffice after he had explained how the mirrors, steering, light and info of this nature to help me navigate into the traffic and feel comfortable at what I was dong at any given point and time. I also had numerous questions, but none seemed to rediculous for Craig he had all the answers. . The Acura family was very friendly and curteous offering water or drinks and snacks. This may seem simple but it is not. I was at a Honda dealer asked for some water the sales agent went into the back and came back and handed me a cup of water, Number one NO! NO!, no one wants water or anythng handed to them in an open cup, very awkwark situation, I had to pour the water out after asking for some water, had no idea some would be brought from the back in an open styrofoam cup!! Once the car had been purchased we were somewhat anxious about driving home, however, Craig brought the car around under the car port sat in the car with us and explained everything to us, set up my bluetooth and showed us the many features and ammenties of the car. One more thing Craig procurred a red ribbon, put it on top of the car, and took a picture with me standing outside of my NEW CAR! You have a great employee with Craig Woody and my husband and I are recommending some more of his co-workers that are retiring to check out Crown Acura. So the answer to the question would I recommend this dealership; DEFINETLY! More

The staff from sales associates to the mechanics and technicians are always pleasant and provide a friendly hello. The follow-up telephone recieved after having my car service is another indication that they care about you as the customer and about the quality of work they they perform. Overall, Crown Accura is reliable, dependable and wonderful dealership. More

I just recently purchased my 2nd Acura TL from Crown Acura. Both purchases were made with Antoine Pollard. When I went to make my 2nd purchase I sought out Antoine because of the way he worked with me o Acura. Both purchases were made with Antoine Pollard. When I went to make my 2nd purchase I sought out Antoine because of the way he worked with me on my first purchase. I can't say enough good things about working with Antoine. He knows his product; does not twist your arm and is very accommodating. If you are looking for an Acura; I would highly recommend Crown Acura and Antoine in particular. Getting my Acura serviced at Crown has always been a good experience as well. They have a knowledgeable and friendly service staff. There are no surprises when working with the service staff. Overall, there is a warm and friendly atmosphere in the dealership. I have always gone away feeling like my business is important to them. More
Brennon could not have been more customer service oriented. Although we were schedule to be in the dealership for approximately 1.5 hours, Brennon offered us a loaner car so we could get a couple of oriented. The work that was performed, was outstanding! I always appreciate the service that Chris shows when I arrive. Before I can even get out of the car he is there waiting. I really appreciate that! I went in for a routine oil check up but mentioned my tire pressure gauge alerting me of low pressure. They took their time and found a nail in the most unexpected place. Before repairing Chris came to talk with me also about my brakes and let me make the decision. Yes I knew I had to fix the tire and he warned me of the brakes, but I take that responsiblity on myself. Again I really appreciate everything there. More

I took my MDX in for a transmission update notice I received in the mail. I also got an oil and filter change and a new rear wiper installed. They provided me a loaner car, they gave me updates on the progress through the day and did all of the work at a reasonable price. While I've been a customer of Crown's service department only for the last six months, I've been very impressed. In fact, I recently suggested to my parents that they consider replacing their Mercedes (which has disappointingly unreliable) with an Acura in the future due to Acura's high quality vehicles and Crown's excellent service.
