We were shopping for a new SUV for a couple of months. Tried both German and Asian brands. From the very first day Crown Acura had the best customer service, they were willing to arrange delivery from other dealerships if we did not find what we wanted in their lot (except for one German brand, most others consistently discouraged that). After the first test drive, Lafayette follwed up with us in a very polite and professional way. A second test drive convinced us and in less than one week we drove our new RDX off the lot. Everybody was friendly at the dealership, Mike (the manager) came each time to greet us. Lafayette answered phone calls during his day off and helped to expedite the deal. Meeting Antoine was another pleasant experience; he took care of the paper work and offered a better financing rate than our own bank. They both stayed one hour or more past closing time to get the car ready for us, so we can drive it home the same day. Will definitely come here for maintenance and service. More

He was the only finance manager that day, but still seemed as though he spent as much time with us as he does with each and every one of his customers. I recently purchased a vehicle for Crown Acura and it was the best experience I’ve encountered acquiring a car. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable; they were very accommodating to my needs. The General Manger (James Williams) was extraordinary during this process; he was patient and made me feel relaxed making such a huge decision. I would and have recommend Crown Acura to my friends because the experience that I encountered was totally professional and a non-pressured sales approach. I was pleasantly surprised and would purchase another vehicle from Crown Acura for my son in the near future. More

I purchased my Acura RDX AWD w/Tech in NoVA, but regretted my decision the second I stepped foot into Crown Acura for my first service appointment. While the location was very convenient, only ~15mi regretted my decision the second I stepped foot into Crown Acura for my first service appointment. While the location was very convenient, only ~15minutes from where I live, after experience, I will never go to Crown Acura for any type of service ever again. Many of my co-workers had warned me repeatedly just how horrible Crown Acura was. One declared she would not consider an Acura for her next car - even though she loves the car itself - solely due to the terrible service she gets at Crown, the ONLY Acura dealership in town. Another simply refuses to service their MDX at Crown and instead maintains the car at a Honda dealership. Despite their warnings, I still decided to give Crown Acura a chance when my B1 Service came due. There were 3 service advisers & a receptionist; I was the only customer. I stood by the door, keys in hand, clearly waiting for help. While the service advisers & receptionist walked past me, made eye contact, chatted among each other, took and received phone calls, NOT A SINGLE PERSON greeted me or offered help for almost 15 minutes! Not only did they not acknowledge me, they actually MADE FUN OF the customers that were calling in for service updates or to book new appointments. Needless to say, I found this extremely disrespectful, but also unbelievably unprofessional to do so in front of OTHER customers. The service adviser at the middle desk with bobble heads(next to the door) was especially offensive - I would avoid him at all costs! When I finally did get help, it was from someone who seemed to have no knowledge of Acuras, or any car for that matter. By the end of my experience, I was relieved to get my car back in one piece with my dignity fully intact. I will NEVER return to Crown Acura again. I would also think twice before purchasing an Acura again since Crown is the only official Acura service available in Richmond. Crown Acura is a low class establishment and a disgrace to Acura. More

I have purchased two cars from this dealership and truly enjoy working with Mike for servicing my car. He is always so accommodating and prioritizes my needs as quickly as possible. I bought a 2004 Subaru wrx sti on may 21 2012 sale went smooth was pretty happy with the service. Roughly 2 weeks after having the car the abs and brake light came on, I had a exhaust leak which made the smooth was pretty happy with the service. Roughly 2 weeks after having the car the abs and brake light came on, I had a exhaust leak which made the car extremely loud so I took it to them and I also had noticed a burning oil smell and a strange noise when driving they said they would take care of it. They fixed the exhaust leak they also "fixed" the brake issue, here's where things get strange. On the invoice it said they fixed the brake light problem by adding brake fluid, on the burning oil smell part of the invoice they said they "fixed" it by cleaning up LEAKING brake fluid but nowhere on the invoice it says they fixed the brake leak. Car still has a burning oil smell and also makes a strange noise while driving it. A few weeks ago I took the car back for a check engine light and also the burning oil smell and noise while driving, they ended up fixing both front axles for the noise and pretty much blew off the burning oil smell, I was told that it was normal for a older car to leak oil which is completely incorrect. No one there could tell me what they fixed or if they fixes the brake fluid leak and the leaking oil is on me. The car had a 30 day warranty in which I took it back well within the 30 days to have issues fixed well they are refusing to fix them Also I never got my second key I was promised. More
