Call The dealership got Internet sales. They passed me to a salesman. Salesman was very responsive. Got back with me. Everything good I asked for a total on the price. The car finance manager took forever to get back to me. I was told by the salesman he was the only one there that day. He was really busy, He never called me back. I called twice. He would only send me a text message. Finally, I called salesman told him to take some money and get this deal done. He called me back five minutes later and apologized and sad while he was messing around they scheduled an appointment to show the car for people weren’t there yet but they had first chance that it even though I’ve been talking to them since 10 o’clock that morning. I had asked them for a shipping quote and I told them either way I would either fly out and get it or you can send it. I already had plane tickets scheduled and then They sold the car out from under me and then had the guts, text me the next day and asked if there was anything they could find me another car I was looking I didn’t even know what to say. I thought are you joking? Let me clarify the salesman did his job. Answer the phone every time and diligently tried to finish.. I have bought a lot of cars over the years all around the country and I would’ve expected at least a phone call before they sold out from Underneath me. More
