Amazing experience from beginning to end I've purchased quite a few cars. However, my purchase experience at Crown Acura of Richmond was like none other. Never Again. I bought a used 2005 Nissan Murano SL AWD in March 2014. The price was good and the car is fully loaded so that was a positive. However, 1 month after I bought a used 2005 Nissan Murano SL AWD in March 2014. The price was good and the car is fully loaded so that was a positive. However, 1 month after getting the car, I noticed a smell coming from the back seats. When I looked under the seats, there were maggots/little white larvae in the carpet (dead & alive) and I noticed what looked like red melted candy/syrup under & in-between the seat. I work out of town so I wasn't able to get the car back up to the dealership for detailing (if that was even possible) so I had to clean this myself. In July, I had to get my whole engine coolant system replaced because it was rusted and split while I was driving. My mechanic said for a 2005, my car shouldn't have been that rusted. Now as of today, I just learned that my car will need to have the Flex pipes (connects to the catalytic converter & exhaust) replaced along with the oil pans due to rust. This dealership may be good for new Acuras but as far as Used cars, I would not recommend this dealership. The problems that I've had with this car should have been noticed by the dealer (if a "full" inspection was made, but obviously not). Never again.... More
