I would highly recommend this dealership for service. Mike Mereu my service advisor always takes great care of me. I tell him what I need done and ask any questions that I might have. Went to 4 dealerships prior to this and salesman Hien Vo made sure that Crown Acura was my last stop. From the very beginning he treated us like we were less of customers and more as family/friends. He di made sure that Crown Acura was my last stop. From the very beginning he treated us like we were less of customers and more as family/friends. He didn't pressure us to buy anything immediately and gave us non-bias information and advise. We ended up buying a Acura MDX from him and couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Our experience with this salesman was very good. He was knowledgeable and very helpful with us making a decision. He did follow up with us as well. Todd was one of the worst salesman I have ever worked with. He is un-knowlegable and seemed to have issues with my partner and I. I was called that evening to look at an RLX and when that salesperson l with. He is un-knowlegable and seemed to have issues with my partner and I. I was called that evening to look at an RLX and when that salesperson learned that I was not looking for the RLX that evening, I was passed to Todd. He had the audacity to try to ask to run my credit without even showing me a car. After having bought many cars in the past, and being part of the Acura "family" for many years, I think that this level of client service was abhorrent. This is a huge difference from the amazing and friendly service at Radley Acura in DC. I have never spoken about numbers at any dealership prior to selecting a vehicle, furthermore, I have never been treated so poorly at any location for any of the 6 cars I have purchased. I would highly recommend that management reassess their sales process and their hiring practices. A 90 minute drive for friendly service at Radley is worth the effort, rather than dealing with Crown. More
Really tried to make a deal that was reasonable especially based on the fact we really were happy with our TSX and didn't want to purchase a new vehicle at this time. The trade in made the differe especially based on the fact we really were happy with our TSX and didn't want to purchase a new vehicle at this time. The trade in made the difference to include their accepting the USAA Recommended target price. The vehicle is just perfect (what you expect from Acura) and eveyone was so very helpful in the process and Ashaunta in taking a great deal of time explaining the navigation system to us. This was the smoothest and least stressful buying experience I have ever had. They were pleasantly agressive on my trade-in and were able to find the car I wanted quickly at a fair price. Except for the rather high "administrative fee", which all dealers pretty much charge these days, service and sales at Crown were fine. My family has bought a whole slew of cars from Mike ove fee", which all dealers pretty much charge these days, service and sales at Crown were fine. My family has bought a whole slew of cars from Mike over the last 20 years and have never been disappointed. He is an asset to Crown Acura, and the dealership is lucky to have him and his expertise and chill sales technique. Not much else to say; love the coffee and customer lounge. More
I came in to test drive a 2013 RDX. Drew came out of the office to talk with me, not sell me a car, but to talk with me. Immediately, I knew he was a well-trained, professional sales person who was focused office to talk with me, not sell me a car, but to talk with me. Immediately, I knew he was a well-trained, professional sales person who was focused on listening to the customer first. We talked about my needs, what I had been shopping for and other comparable vehicles I needed to drive. Without discouraging or encouraging any purchase, he advised me to take a couple test drives by Audi and BMW to ensure a good comparison before making the investment. I took a test drive with Drew that evening and left. Very pleasant first "Sales" impression. I had been to Crown Acura for service in the past but not for sales so this was a great start. I came back in two days later after driving an X3 and Drew was off that day. Tim stood up, walked over and greeted me with an introduction to Crown Acura and to David Burke. Both guys were very professional, eager to assist me with looking at another RDX color and showing me additional features on the car. Tim was very personable and talked to me about color options, attempted to find a good value for my trade and made small talk while I looked at some vehicles in the showroom. I walked back on the lot with David and we looked at another RDX. He reviewed many of the new features but was careful not to repeat what I already knew about. He did this by asking about my familiarity with features. Owning a TL previously, I knew a lot about many features. I left again and returned around 6:30PM and took a test drive with David. BY FAR, the BEST test drive ever and one of the reasons I made the purchase. David encouraged me to test the vehicle in ways I would experience in everyday life which is seldom done by other salesmen, at least in my experience. We were safely in an empty parking lot where I could test the brakes, handling, turning radius and acceleration. To be fair, the X3 out drove the RDX, but marginally. To be honest, the David Burke test drive sold me on the RDX. Had I not taken that test drive, to truly feel the differences (or lack thereof) between the RDX and X3, I know i would not have made an informed decision. Not only is the quality and dependability of an Acura appealing to me but the handling in the RDX has vastly improved over the outgoing model and the price was far more attractive, all points I discussed at length with both David and Drew, both of which did not push anything, but rather helped me come to my own conclusions. I have bought many vehicles over the years and this ranks as one of my top experiences. I did have a small wait while another couple finished their purchase, it was Friday night, but it by no means diminished the overall positive experience I had at Crown Acura. The finance Manager, Antoine, was very empathetic and worked hard to get us both out of there as soon as possible. He was very professional and reviewed everything thoroughly so I would understand the details, without being pushed towards something I didnt want or need. I have already been back for an accessory and Tim found a way to get me in last minute which was great. Thanks to the Acura team for making this not only a positive experience but an enjoyable one. If the Service on my RDX is anything like Sales, there would be no reason to go anywhere else! More
