Cooperative and Friendly If you would like to have a great experience purchasing a vehicle, I would suggest if you are going to Crown Acura that you hunt down a young man name If you would like to have a great experience purchasing a vehicle, I would suggest if you are going to Crown Acura that you hunt down a young man named Malik((Mal....ick). You will never feel pressured or pushed to do anything, but you will have any and all questions answered. Buying a car is usually a stressful process, but I really felt like he helped me get the best deal for the dollar with my trade in and purchase. He thoroughly went over the new car to the extent that I needed. He was very attentive to me as the customer while I was there- never rushed me. I would highly recommend him to others. More

He will go Malik is a very friendly and informative auto sales rep. There was zero pressure to buy a vehicle and he had much professional courtesy. He will go out of his way to make sure a customer is 100% satisfied prior to purchasing a new or used vehicle. Malik's manager Tim will do his best to provide the best deal based on a customer's requirements, monthly payment or overall price range. The senior management in charge of incoming trades spares no expense when servicing those trades. New tires and brakes are supplied even if they pass inspection by a small margin. They prefer 100% customer satisfaction over trade-in costs to resell. All scratches, nicks and small dents are repaired to perfection. The interiors and exteriors are detailed to perfection. We purchased a 2012 Mazda CX-9 with 53K miles over Memorial Day weekend. Crown agreed to repair every small interior and exterior flaw my wife and I found on the 5 year old vehicle. The work needed to wait a couple days for the shop to come back from holiday. Crown delivered the immaculate vehicle to our home which resided 1 hour away in Spotsylvania. The SUV arrived looking like a 2017 CX-9. We were so impressed with Crown's sales and service, we went back to purchase a 2015 Dodge Challenger R/T two days later and were met with the same consistent dealership team and resulting purchase. I detail my own vehicles and I've taken care of them meticulously since receiving my license 40 years ago and I've purchased many new and many used vehicles over that time. I can't write a good enough review about Crown Acura or the employee's they hire. PERFECTION! More

They quoted me $1,000 to repair the rear AC unit in my 2005 MDX and a competitor just fixed it for $288 parts and labor. They apparently did not trouble shoot the issue to discover root cause in favor of selling me a new AC unit. All it needed was a new resistor. This is completely unacceptable! In a different incident, they did a recall replacement of the airbag in my 2010 TL and completely scratched up the steering wheel. They fixed it, but I was inconvenienced nonetheless. I will never get any of my 3 Acuras repaired there again! More

I received a quote with my receipt on the total cost they will charge me to fix the problem. I could not believe the deal that I was receiving to get my timing belt fixed, so I made an appointment online. Today, April 10, I receive a voicemail asking if I can give the shop a call. Long story short, I call back to get everything thing in order. The gentleman tells me the price and I tell him that I received a quote and would like to use that. He states that there was a "computer issue" that gave out wrong price. He did apologize, but sorry isn't going to fix my car. The interesting part is that I received a quote to get my outer tie rod done at the same time (that price was correct, but not the timing belt's). He said that he could knock off a 100 bucks, however the price had doubled at that point. Now, I'm not going to be able to get my car fixed. I am highly disappointed with how everything has turned out. Plus on top of it all, this is the closet Acura dealership near me! To everyone who gets there vehicle fix here. make sure if you receive quotes from Crown Acura they are correct. Anyone know any good auto repair shop? More

On March 6th my car was being serviced at Acura & also four tires being replaced. I had an emergency out of town & Mike Mereu went beyond his normal servicing & did everything he could do to get my tires on quickly so I could leave that evening. He is very professional & does a great job for Acura. Thanks, Mike More

Misled about Price, lied to about removing warranty I bought a vehicle from this dealer in October. I made an appointment to come in to see the car based off the "special internet price" - I sent an ema I bought a vehicle from this dealer in October. I made an appointment to come in to see the car based off the "special internet price" - I sent an email based on that price, so it should have been tagged to my account. I liked the car; brought it to an off-site mechanic to check out before purchasing. Always recommended; the mechanic found that there were a couple lights that need to be replaced, the wheel lock was missing for the tires, and the battery was loose. All of these were addressed by the dealership prior to me purchasing the car. Went into the financing office, signed a lot of papers, went home with the car. The next morning I am reviewing all my paperwork and notice that the price I was charged for the car was $500 more than the internet price. I called the dealership and they said I had to come in to redo the paperwork (I live an hour away). I came in and they redid all of the paperwork, correcting the price. While there, I asked the finance manager, Doug Williams, if we could remove the $2700 warranty that I had added on (at his suggestion). I told him I researched the company (Fidelity Warranty Services) and they had horrible reviews. He demurred and acted surprised; stating that the reason they went with that company was because they were successful with claims for their customers. I offered to show the dealership manager the reviews, but Doug again declined. Doug suggested that I wait to cancel the warranty service for 60-90 days, that way it is on the books. He stated that I **was not able to cancel with him at that time**, even though we were reviewing all the paperwork. Later that week I reviewed all the paperwork for the warranty service, and was surprised to read in the contract that there are two ways to cancel the warranty contract- 1) through the dealer you purchased it from, and 2) through the warranty service itself. Shocker, right?! Since Doug Williams had told me he could not remove it. (Oh, and the whole wait 60-90 days thing? That's because at that point they don't need to refund it in full.) I tried called the warranty service through the number on their website (helpfully, no phone number was listed on the service contract) and it was out of service. I sent two letters certified mail requesting the service be cancelled, one to the dealership and one to the warranty service. Then received an email from Doug Williams (copy and paste here): "I received your cancelation request and I will more than happy to cancel it for you. What I’m going to do is get your contract back and remove it from your deal. This will allow you payment to be lower. Can you come by Wednesday and resign your contract please." ---I know, I was surprised to hear that he would be "more than happy" to cancel it, especially since he said a few days prior that he couldn't. So, I went in **for the third time** and redid my contract. No apologies received, nothing. I do want to note (in case the dealership responds to this) that I did call and leave several messages for the GM, Alex, but never received a call back. In short, don't be rushed to sign ANYTHING, don't do the service contract, don't trust anyone selling you a car. More

The associates are lacking and overall you are better going somewhere else. Instead of getting me into the right car they got a quick sale and I've had nothing but issues since. And when I speak with the service department they can't help me and refer me to the owners manual to solve the problems. Go elsewhere. More

I I called twice about issues with a battery purchased a little over a year ago and was told to just come in with the battery and information of car. I called twice just to make sure I did and had everything needed. Being as my trip to the location was not short. I show up today to find that I should have had an appointment, that nobody mentioned to me. I was made to think this would be quick and easy . Which was not the case. My time and travel was wasted.
