Wesley Hardaway is an excellent client adviser - I was looking at many vehicles in the same class as the RDX, the vehicle edged out its competitors bu Wesley Hardaway is an excellent client adviser - I was looking at many vehicles in the same class as the RDX, the vehicle edged out its competitors but the service from Wes is what closed the deal. He knew the vehicle inside and out - and all the competitive advantages it had over the 5-6 other make/models I had tested. Far superior experience than other dealerships I attempted to work with. Once I settled on the make/model - Wes initiated a trade with another dealer to match my desired color scheme and had the new vehicle on the lot in 24 hours. Wes also stayed in communication with me for a few weeks after purchase to make sure I was completely satisfied. Abraham Martinez has been my service adviser on a couple of subsequent visits - also friendly and knowledgeable - excellent customer service. GREAT car buying experience We had a great car buying experience at Crown Acura Richmond. As soon as we arrived at the dealership we received a friendly greeting from Stephen. We had a great car buying experience at Crown Acura Richmond. As soon as we arrived at the dealership we received a friendly greeting from Stephen. My goal was to trade in my current vehicle (Lexus) and get what I owed on it at a minimum and purchase a newer vehicle. I was undecided on the ILX or RDX. Stephen allowed us to test drive both. He was very informative about each vehicles features and patient with us as we asked questions. He was very personable to talk and joke with. They gave me a fair trade in value on my Lexus and I decided on the RDX. However, I did not want a white, gray or silver car and most of what was available on the lot was just that. Crown Acura located one at another dealership and worked to have it transferred to Crown that day. Tyler discussed our financing and leasing options and was very informative and great to work with. It was getting late and I requested to also have a remote start installed on the vehicle once it arrived so they provided me with a loaner for two days until my car had arrived and the dealership could install the remote start. Stephen called each day to give me updates on the status of my vehicle. Once we arrived to pick up the vehicle Stephen took time to go over the car features and settings. I really appreciate that he took the time to do this with us. I'd certainly recommend this dealership to friends and family! Thanks Stephen & Tyler for making this a seamless car buying experience!
