I took my Acura (RXL) in for inspection and as always Mike was very professional and courteous. I was given a date of January 11 by another technician and told they were too busy to provide the service. Mike was very professional and courteous. Kudos to Mike for being a great representative for Crown Acura. More

Excellent customer service. Chris did a phenomenal job with keeping me posted on the servicing being performed on my vehicle. I just bought a car from Jamel today! I expected to buy a new RDX but it was just a bit too small so I opted for a used Lexus RX350. Jamel was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, smart, and had no problem wit new RDX but it was just a bit too small so I opted for a used Lexus RX350. Jamel was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, smart, and had no problem with me changing my mind from new Acura to a used vehicle. He stressed the importance of me getting what worked best for me. I highly recommend Jamel and the Acura dealership. The entire staff was very welcoming, from the sales manager to the finance manager!! And I was greeted and welcomed by the entire staff. Just a great team and friendly atmosphere. More
