Came to this dealership to get oil change. Took almost two hours and they still never let me know that my vehicle was ready. Had to go to see myself and noticed my vehicle was parked in a di Took almost two hours and they still never let me know that my vehicle was ready. Also they said I need to replace the bolt for where the oil comes out but I need to replace the oil pan also. Asked was the pan leaking. Answer was no. So why replace the pan if I only needed a bolt. Price for oil change and oil pan was 360. Not worth it More
