Great deal on a car. Dealer worried about bank payment. Dealer then would not register the car until payment posted. Had to drive away with a dealer plate and come back two days later. Not a big deal but 6 days later my trade-in has not been paid off. Hmmmm...??? So then I went to parts and service as I wanted splash guards. Was told they don't make them for my model car and in the same color. Overall everyone was pleasant and professional. Salesmen was informative. They really seemed to enjoy the negociations and pushed very hard for their financing. More

Will never buy another Nissan Dealer ok, but at $120/hr and quoted 4 hours for labor when I see others online at 2-3 hours. Will shop around next time. Have two 2006 Nissan Muranos Dealer ok, but at $120/hr and quoted 4 hours for labor when I see others online at 2-3 hours. Will shop around next time. Have two 2006 Nissan Muranos. One drivers seat bracket broke and dealer charged me $1200 to fix. Went online to find out that it is a common problem for several years of manufacture and Nissan never did a recall when seat brackets are breaking while driving so unsafe. Called Nissan Consumer Affairs and they said it wasn't their problem. No help for consumers by Nissan. More
