Untrustworthy I purchased my 2013 Nissan Rogue from Crowley Nissan. The purchasing of my vehicle was not great, but was not horrible. However, the service departmen I purchased my 2013 Nissan Rogue from Crowley Nissan. The purchasing of my vehicle was not great, but was not horrible. However, the service department has much to be desired. I will start with my first issue shortly after I purchased my vehicle, when I felt that the transmission was not working appropriately. I called the service manager and asked to bring it in to be checked. He responded that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, I just didn't understand the CVT (constant variable transmission). More on that in a moment! Next Issue came after my first oil change, oil filter on correctly. I had to AAA pick up the Rogue and fortunately had a tow truck driver who told me that I did not have to use Crowley for service even though I purchased it through them. I had it towed to Decormier Nissan. Paul and the rest of the service team there fixed my oil issue before it causes damage to my vehicle, and discovered that my transmission was completely shot. More

Lifesavers! I had a 2011 Chevy Silverado 2WD, Rear Wheel (terrible in the snow). I bought it in Texas before I moved here. I still owed 9k on it. I had gone to a Chevy Dealership 6 months ago and they wouldn't even talk to me, turned me away at the door! When I got to Crowley upon the recommendation of a friend, they told me I would be getting a new car that day. I was skeptical. It took them jumping through a few hoops but they got me out of my truck and into the best vehicle I have ever owned. I absolutely love my Altima, and will refer anyone I know that is looking, to them. They were courteous, empathetic, and professional. Thank you Crowley Nissan for being a lifesaver for me! Good News I had a slow leak in a tire. I took it to Crowley, they checked, found a sliver of metal, repaired the tire and sent me on my way at NO charge. Won I had a slow leak in a tire. Flat tire Bought a used Rogue from these people in April. Last weekend I found out that there was a bolt sticking out of my front tire. Afraid that it mean a new tire, or two new tires, I brought it in to Crowley. They were able to put a plug in it, re-balance it and it was as good as new. When I went to the service desk to pay, they gave me a thumbs up ! The repair was free. This shows me they are a dealership that money is not the bottom line there. I went to school to learn car repair from A to Z to learn how to repair my own vehicle because I was sick and tired of being ripped off by car repair people, but I will always go to Crowley knowing they can be trusted.
