John did call my husband today (Ralph scogno) and he did listen to him regarding our concerns and disappointment. John said he would mail a corrected mileage label and realize the machine used for this process was not working and would direct all staff to look at the end product before it goes on the car. Customer service is a priority in all companies so I hope that the service department will ramp up their concerns for Crowley.
