I cannot do them justice with words. The service was wonderful. John Murray the auto tech did a fabulous job. I was there for new brakes. Service Department - Don't expect to get a text when they say they will. Don't expect anything to be timely. But do expect them to be on their cell phones when you go over to ask them when your car might be say they will. Don't expect anything to be timely. Don't expect them to answer the phone and if you get put on hold, put it on speaker because it will be a while. If you can't get through to service when you have been waiting 6 hours to find out what is wrong with your car, don't expect the general manager to be of any help reaching the service manager. More
Friendly and welcoming from the first step inside. Brian and his staff made the “car buying” experience a lot less stressful. Bryan was able to answer all my questions and worked together with the manager’s exceptionally well. Some of the staff remembered me from my last purchase and had great conversations with me other than purchasing a car. Made me feel very comfortable. It was nice to be able to purchase a vehicle at a dealership and not have to worry about talking to anyone that made you feel uncomfortable. Even on Brian’s day off he spoke with me and answered some of my last minute questions. As always I will definitely recommend Crowley as I already have been talking about them to others. Met some very nice people there which is actually unusual these days. Great group of men and woman. More
We had to wait 1/2 hr for our car to be brought in for service. The rerun label was incorrect and call yester lady to speak to Richard and his mailbox was full .
