Very disapointing to say the least. After putting a deposit on a car, selling my car, and arranging a trade in. I was told the car Was sold to some one else. 2 days later I was then told they found me another car similar to what I had purchased, I went and looked at the car and right before I was to sign papers, I was told in a serous crash a year or so ago. In order to feel comfortable buying this car I felt a need to buy the extra warrantee in witch it coast me an additional $2,000 dollars. We have been trying to contact Mr. Crowley by phone and by E-mail . As the commercial states "I want to know". He has not responded not once. I feel as if I should have been compensated for the extra warrantee that cost me an additional $2,000 . Due to my situation, Not having a vehicle and the loaner that was provided to me was also taken away. I had to purchase this car they found for me so I could get back and forth to work. . More
