Can't check the horn cause we will not be responsible In December 2018 I went in for a started replacement to my 2012 Versa and requested they check the horn that had stopped working, I was told that I co In December 2018 I went in for a started replacement to my 2012 Versa and requested they check the horn that had stopped working, I was told that I could pick-up my car the next day and that the horn worked. After paying for the repair i realized that they hadn't checked the horn situation at alI it didn't work and was then told so many different stories and reasons why they wouldn't check it including that if something broke while identifying the problem that they wouldn't be responsible for anything breaking. i had been going to this dealership for three years and was getting ready to change my vehicle but the service writer i dealt with was inefficient and lacked customer service skils, the service manager was worse he didn't even come out of his office to mitigate the situation. After paying $401.00 I felt that at least there should have been a real explaination/truth that they forgot to do the request. Service didn't even explain anything that was done! I will not recommend nor purchase anything from this business! More
