New used car issues after a week - 2016 Nissan Rogue SL I purchased a Nissan Rogue low miles clean, thought I would love it. I do not- worst mistake leaving Honda to Nissan- these new transmissions are horr I purchased a Nissan Rogue low miles clean, thought I would love it. I do not- worst mistake leaving Honda to Nissan- these new transmissions are horrible driving hills. However the service? Service @ Nissan Crowley was excellent. Josh handled my concerns immediately. Went through car again and fixed my complaints, going above and beyond. So with Nissan service I am quite happy- sales is another story. Please research the car you intend to buy. I did, however seeing I live on hills? This new transmission Nissan is using? Stinks. There is nothing that can be done. My regret is I should have stuck to Honda. Upon further research after buying, I did see many reviews about these transmissions and how frequently they need repair or replacement. Purchased warranties, but if you are looking for a vehicle that lasts? One that will go 100k miles with minimal headaches? Please be weary of Nissan - yes Nissan makes cars affordable with all the bells and whistles- which I admit was a sell point for me? But now owning this car less than 2 weeks? I am not impressed- at all. I should have stuck to Honda- being a Honda owner for many years? I have never ever had newer/ used cars issues as I had in these short 2 weeks of owning this Rogue. Yes Josh is amazing and very knowledgeable and willing to help customers which I appreciate... Which this review is about my service experience- so to Nissan Service department? Well done! More

Rogue software update My visit to Crowley Nissan in Farmington was very pleasant. My car was serviced on time and it took less than what Josh said it would take. The Rogue was ready in 1.5 hours instead of 2hrs. wait area had snacks to eat and drinks while you waited. I also had Wi-fi for my Tablet. I could check my emails and my Face Book account. I was very happy with my experience at Crowley Nissan. More

Friendly Staff, No Pressure, Great price. Knowing the car I wanted and researching prices/features/available options, I went to 5 dealerships to choose which one had the car I wanted (2014-20 Knowing the car I wanted and researching prices/features/available options, I went to 5 dealerships to choose which one had the car I wanted (2014-2017 certified Nissan Altima SL at around $16,500 out the door and driving home). One dealership didnt seemed to concerned if I bought a car or not and wanted to charge me $850 additional for the Pre-owned Certification on top of the typical Doc fees, tax, title, etc which brought this 2015 Altima SL $15,500 sticker to 'just under $20k'. Ummmm no. I know they cant give cars away, but that was a 25% additional amount to the sticker pricece on Window. I got the same exact car, same miles/options/etc for $16,505 out the door. I also added an additional bumper to bumper 7yr up to 150k mile for $1,000 cheaper than the aformentioned car without additional warranty AND free oil changes/tire rotation for life. Connor helped me out, test driving a few cars in the pouring rain and never broke his smile or made me feel like a hassle. Thanks again Connor, Kate, and Daren for making the used car purchase a pleasure. More
