manager (don't know his name, elderly white person)went above and beyond. I ended up with a blowout less then a mile from the dealer ship after my appointment. Manager came out with a portable compressor to try and get me back to the shop to fix the tire. Tire was too badly shot so couldn't get me back. I called AAA to get me towed. Noticed the manager go by my car a little over an hour later while AAA was with me and my guess is just to make sure I was OK as he turned around and went back to the shop when he saw AAA there. Unbelievable I've never had a bad experience with this service department. 5 stars! More

It was my first time visiting Crowley, and I appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the warm welcome I received when I walked in. Our sales representative, Harvey, went above and beyond to help me get the best deal. He took the time to explain the new features of the redesigned Rogue before I test drove it, which other dealers didn't bother doing. He also worked with me over the phone after my initial visit - something, not all dealerships will do. If you are looking for a vehicle, even if it isn't a Nissan, I highly recommend seeing Harvey at Crowley! More

I went in for an oil change and to have a couple of things looked at. As I drove into the lot I got a flat tire. Crowley was able to order a new one and replace it same day. Hi I came to change the oil and asked the serv. dept to address the rattling noise when I turn the wheel to the right.. the issue was not addressed and two people heard it and convinced me that it’s normal address the rattling noise when I turn the wheel to the right.. the issue was not addressed and two people heard it and convinced me that it’s normal and all Rogues so that.. which is not true.. and that noise is very annoying and unpleasant. Rougue has 36k still have warranty up to 45k.. not sure why service people did not want to take a closer look..not sure who the service advisor was did not catch his name.. just visited Saturday 11/14 from 9-10 am More
