working with the salesman was an excellent experience as well as signing all the paperwork with the business manager. However, they messed up the transfer of license plates from a turned in leased vehicle well as signing all the paperwork with the business manager. However, they messed up the transfer of license plates from a turned in leased vehicle to the plates of one of our other vehicles. Sadly, the business manager said they cannot undo a registration, and furthermore will not acknowledge that they made a mistake. She is putting the onus on us to go to the DMV at our inconvenience and complete the correct transfer. More

Hi, my husband and I bought the Jeep Cherokee from you yesterday, when Brian asked what we're looking for in a car we asked him numerous times if it had a back up camera, well when we got home we checked yesterday, when Brian asked what we're looking for in a car we asked him numerous times if it had a back up camera, well when we got home we checked and theirs no camera near the back licence plate. We wanted this feature cause our Equinox didn't have it and we had to pay someone to have one installed. My husband and I are disappointed.
