After weeks of back and forth from another Nissan dealer (hint: it rhymes with Carberfino) in which I was repeatedly encouraged to change my preference on color, trim, and options because what I want just “ (hint: it rhymes with Carberfino) in which I was repeatedly encouraged to change my preference on color, trim, and options because what I want just “doesn’t exist on the East Coast,” I entered my information online to Crowley Nissan to be contacted about my interest in purchasing a Pathfinder. I received a prompt canned response email from the internet sales manager of Crowley, and figured I’d follow up in a few days to see if I could find the exact model with options that I was absolutely set on. I got a voicemail and text within 20 minutes from Dave of Crowley Nissan following up. I gave him a call and told him I’m ready to buy, but I’m extremely picky. Dave told me that if I’m spending that kind of money, I SHOULD be. He wrote down everything I was looking for and did a search right then and there. He found just a couple of cars that fit my criteria. He scheduled me to come in a couple days later to discuss them. While there, I found out there’s only ONE car that fit my criteria, and it’s in another state. The woman, Ashley, who handles dealer trades would try to get the car for me. Apparently, she’s “the best in the business.” Within the next ten minutes, the sales manager comes back to tell me she confirmed they will make a trade and the vehicle is mine. I kept hearing how she’s the best in the business but now I knew for sure. Weeks spent going back and forth with the other dealership, getting my hopes up and then crushed when nobody would make the trade with them… but Dave, Wayne and Ashley from Crowley had secured EXACTLY what I wanted.. in less than an hour. Dave led me through the process, introduced me to key people there at Crowley, showed me around, and sat with me in the vehicle for quite a while answering questions and showing me all the buttons, switches and features. I could not be happier with this purchase, and have already been recommending Dave, specifically, and Crowley Nissan to family and friends. These guys earned my business. More
