If I could give this experience a negative score I would. I took my Juke there for a safety check after a poor buying experience I had with the selling dealer. The reason I went to Crowley Nissan is because I took my Juke there for a safety check after a poor buying experience I had with the selling dealer. The reason I went to Crowley Nissan is because I had such a great service experience at Crowley Jeep, I assumed it would be the same. Could not be any further from that. I didn’t care what the car needed I just wanted it to be safe because I commute and drive back and forth about 100+ miles per day. I was fine with leaving the car. The service writer told me they would get me a ride home. I I believe service manager who was very rude told me my home was to far and they could not take me. I serviced my Jeep right next door and they away gave me a ride and we’re polite. At the end of the service, the manger was still rude as xxxx. Almost 300.00 later I left and will never go back. I personal feel that I was treated like this because I am a black woman and he just didn’t want to deal with me. Their parts department on the other hand at Nissan is very pleasant and helpful. I will continue to service my Jeep with Crowley but never do business with Nissan service again. I work to hard for my money to be treated like crap 💩. More
