Found the vehicle I wanted online and pretty much knew it was the car I wanted to buy. Arrived with my Nissan Rogue at 10 am( my appointment time) for my regular oil change and tire rotation. Was told a waiting time of around an hour my be a little longer. Went to the store for just over one hour then came back to see my car still in the same place. Went in and was told that they was busy and I would have to wait a further 1 hour and 45 mins. So I had my car keys back and left. Sorry but not good service at all. More

Just as important was the dealing we had with the business manager, Ms. Crowley, after the sale. She provided options for warranty but did not pressure us into any warranty enhancements. We really had the feeling throughout the entire process, that they were more interested in great customer service and customer retention than just the sale. The general sales manager was very professional and imparts the feeling he demands great customer service while mentoring, encouraging and retaining sales staff. We were extremely happy with the entire experience. We would highly recommend Crowley Nissan. More
