I am a repeat customer. I love my car but the service technicians are not doing the multi service inspection. This is the second time they did not rotate my tires, plus they definetely did not check my brakes. My brakes were brand new and they told me i needed brakes, everything else they said I needed only because of the mileage. They also said my spare was not good but I have never used it and there is no way they looked at it. It is under a bunch of boxes in my van. Chandler was suposed to take care of me but never saw him. Justin was quite rude and basically threw my keys at me and said I was all set. After my warrenty is over I will find another Nisson dealer to deal with. The service department very rude. This is the second time this has happened. More
We have 2 Nissen vehicles, 1013 Sentra and a 2020 Rogue. Boteh cars have been very reliable, and both were purchased with Zero percent financing (an exceptional deal). People are friending and they offer a ride back home and to the dealership for pickup when completed. I request a specific technician who has work on both are vehicles since new. Great place for service and purchase! More
