I had been to other dealerships previous and they showed me cars above my budget trying to get me to increase my budget. Rob didn't do that. He truly listened to all of my needs, and delivered just that. I am now the proud owner of a pre-owned 2016 Kia Sorento LX that met every single one of my requirements, and that is all because of Rob. On the day I was scheduled to pick up my Sorento, I didn't have a ride to the dealership. Rob came to my job and picked me up. That is above and beyond what you expect from a salesperson. He made the day of pick up just as easy as the day I decided to purchase the car. Vicki, the business manager also made everything extremely easy. Excellent and friendly experience I was in desperate need of a new vehicle. I GREATLY dislike auto shopping. It makes me very stressed. A family member suggested looking at KIA so I went to Crowley, it's near home. I was greeted by salesperson Arthur Fil. My initial thought was "oh great, young cockey salesperson looking for a commission". When we went inside and started talking about my wants and whether or not they would fit into my budget I was pleasantly surprised. He told me to relax and he was sure he could make it happen. We took a test drive and talked to money manager and made it work. I was super nervous about signing on the dotted line and Art just sat and talked to me and answered all my " stupid " questions until I was comfortable signing. I went back the next day to pickup vehicle and Art saw I was still nervous and sat and talked again before I went through the final process. He was great. I am not electronic savvy and Art spent an extensive amount of time with me to make sure I knew how to operate everything in my sportage before I drove away. I'm not a young person so I hope this is the last vehicle I need, but I hope other people will ask for him and have the same great experience I had. Barbara S More
