Ken Crowley, the CEO of Crowley Auto Group, stays vigilant to all customer service issues. As a result, he tasked the Consumer Affairs Officer at our dealership to conduct an internal investigation on this issue. A vehicle fitting the consumer's needs was found at a VA dealership. Unfortunately, Crowley Kia does not have authority over pricing on vehicles from another Kia Dealership. While it was initially agreed that they did not have to pay any amount associated with the conveyance fee at our dealership, the customer was advised that the same may or may not hold true someplace else.
