Very satisfied! We went to Crowley after searching the internet for a few weeks. They had the best price on a 2016 Sorento & I bought it. Josh Perreault was wonderful We went to Crowley after searching the internet for a few weeks. They had the best price on a 2016 Sorento & I bought it. Josh Perreault was wonderful to work with & Vicki Brogna really helped us with & fully explained the financing and registration process. I had been preapproved at a credit union for a loan but Crowly was able to beat their rate, so I was able to buy & finance in one place which turned out to be very convenient. Everyone there was very friendly & respectful. I felt relaxed & not under pressure to buy while I test drove a few vehicles. I don’t buy cars too often, but I think that the next time I do, I’ll be going to Crowley first. More

I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled up to the door,it opened ,I pulled in and Brian Beaudry was waiting and opened the driver door for me. We want to the counter and he explained what service would be performed. He then proceeded to direct me to the waiting area. The area is neat and clsan. It has a tv,free coffee, tea and water. When the service was completed I was amazed that Brian returned to take me back to my vehicle. What a gentleman. More

Got home, hazard light was on, called back and he said "maybe you drove over a screw". Sarcastic, condescending and pathetic Refused to drive my car into the garage, yelled at me, said I had a bad attitude. REALLY?!!! Nearly one month later, no one apologized for how I was treated. All I did was bring my car in for an oil change. I didn't do anything wrong. I was a nice normal friendly person. Ask anyone in the lounge area November 14, 2018. I was there 8:30-9:30 am . More

Just stopped at Crowley Kia and not one salesman came out. We went in and all were having lunch. We inquired about an suv and asked to drive it. They said that the parts manager had it until Monday. We then asked to try another suv and that one was also out. I remarked that I could go to another dealer and the response was “if you want you can go.” Will not recommend to go here, very bad service. More
BEWARE of the bait and switch BEWARE. Extremely shady and unethical business practices abound. I would give zero stars if I could. My experience here was one of the worst ever as BEWARE. Extremely shady and unethical business practices abound. I would give zero stars if I could. My experience here was one of the worst ever as a consumer. Beware of the bait and switch tactic. Also beware that the higher authorities within the organization will stand by these practices, not their customers. The following was my experience: I contacted Costco Auto with an inquiry for a vehicle and was notified that I would be contacted by a sales associate with the program, Andrew Cormier. I was contacted by Cormier, who indicated Crowley agreed to a fixed sales price, with $0 down and 0.00% APR financing. This did not include taxes. The Costco email indicated a $599 conveyance fee, which I asked Cormier to waive. He agreed. He indicated that they were attempting to trade for the vehicle to obtain it from Putnam, CT. He later called me to indicate that the car in Putnam was no longer available. He indicated that one was available in New Hampshire and asked if I wanted to pursue that one. I confirmed the terms outlined above once again, and asked for confirmation that I would not be charged any conveyance fee. He agreed. I sent email confirmation and did not receive a reply. I later received a call from Cormier indicating that the vehicle in NH was no longer available. I later received word that the dealer had located a vehicle in VA and would do a dealer swap. I confirmed once again that I would not have to pay any conveyance fee and was told (by both Cormier and his manager, Peter) I would not. I once again confirmed all the terms. Once the VA dealer agreed to the swap, I was notified. I was told I had to make a deposit to secure the vehicle transfer. I emailed Cormier and he and his manager, Peter, reviewed my summary of the terms. I indicated that I would make a $500 deposit, refundable in the event that, upon inspection, there was any damage to the vehicle or any other problems upon delivery. I received a call from Peter, stating that, because I stated the deposit would be refundable if, upon inspection, there was any issue with the vehicle, I would now have to pay the "invoice price," which was over $2,000 more. Our oral contract was thus breached, and the dealer used a "bait and switch" tactic, knowing I was in an auto accident and needed a vehicle. The general manager, Michael Bucheri, stands by these unlawful and unethical business practices. Thankfully, I was able to find the vehicle I was searching for elsewhere. I have contacted the BBB and the CT Attorney General's Office to report these extremely unethical practices. More
Bait with advertised price, but beware. I called about and advertised price on a 2017 certified Soul. Upon talking wit Kalani was informed about a documentation fee of 500 dollars. I asked I called about and advertised price on a 2017 certified Soul. Upon talking wit Kalani was informed about a documentation fee of 500 dollars. I asked him if the dealership had the title in hand and he said yes, so I wanted to know where they came up with the $500 fee. I said you sign over the title with a bill of sale and I will go to DMV and pay the tax and register the vehicle. I then was informed about a $995 fee for certification. So the advertised price of 14.5 k is now in the neighborhood of 16k. What a load of c&@9. I thanked him for his time and reminded him they have had the car for over 4 months. Buyer beware of their advertising. Also have horror stories form others about the service they supposedly received. More
Dishonest, Shifty and Not Professional. I just bought a brand new 2019 Kia. When I took my car for test drive it had just 1 mile on it, however, I noticed a white vertical scratch on door about 3 inches long. It is a black car and the scratch was very obvious. I had a friend with me who saw it and I pointed it out to salesman. I chose to buy that car assuming that they would never allow a buyer to take a car home with a scratch in the paint. I called prior to the pick up date to again mention and remind them about the scratch and that my expectation was that the it be repaired to new condition prior to me signing and taking delivery on the car. When I arrived on day of pick up, I asked to view the car right away to make sure the scratch was gone. Initially the scratch had been concealed and was no longer white in color, however, the shape and depression of the scratch was still visible and it was now black-ish in color, but, still there! They promised to repair it while I was there signing my paperwork. I have a service ticket for that , it says " WE OWE " on it. After I viewed the scratch again, it looked invisible to me, the paint in that area was shiny and black and perfect looking. I took the car home and after a heavy rain, BOOM, the scratch became whitish in color again and very obvious! I called right away and was told 'come on down and we will fix it.' I questioned why I didn't need an exact time, they said to just bring it in. I live far away it is over 1 1/2 hours drive. I drove there with intent to permanently fix it. I expected to wait for some time or receive a loaner car that day as it would take a few hours or more for them to buff the scratch out, wet sand or possibly paint the car to permanently repair that scratch. I am not sure how the following happened. Once outside to look over the scratch with the sales manager, it was miraculously gone again. I feel that while I was in or around the building someone went outside to my car, rubbed a rag with some sort of wax or applied some sort of glaze or polish and temporarily concealed the scratch again! I found the sales manager to be rude, patronizing, and unprofessional! He was making jokes about the scratch disappearing and when questioned he made me feel very uncomfortable. I called him out on his scratch disappearing act and told him that I would be very annoyed if I went home and the scratch reappeared. After just 2 days at home, the scratch is back again. I refuse to ever deal with Crowley again. If they are being this dishonest with a scratch, I wonder what other things they get away with. They have had 3 chances to repair a thin scratch on a brand new 2019 car. One of those chances involved a long drive and inconvenience to me. I called Kia, their advice is that this is an issue with the dealer and not Kia. Through communication with all parties, the sales manager would now like me to return yet again to allow them the opportunity to fix it. At this point I am so upset that I may choose to skip the long drive and live with a permanent scratch that was there before I even agreed to purchase the car. This could be what the dealer was hoping for all along, that I would simply give up and live with a scratched car. This is the feeling I am getting from that dealership and it was not a pleasant experience at all. Be wise and choose your dealer carefully. More
