While shopping for a new car at Crowley Kia, the time flew, the Sales & Leasing Consultant, Butch Hanning, was an experienced sales professional who was very honest and accommodating while remaining understanding while I was in such a tough situation, he was very personable and knew his stuff about every car on the lot! Butch also had some pretty funny jokes to tell to help pass the waiting time and ease the anxiety! Ha! I’ve shared a bunch already but sadly not as many laughs on the outside Butch, sorry haha! The trade in evaluation process was very fair even after disclosing to the team that there might be an issue with my car’s transmission (2015 Nissan Sentra, seems to be a lot of issues with these CVT transmissions!) Pete DeBarber did everything he could to get me to the payment amount I needed. The Finance Specialist, Rob was quick, detailed with document explanations and thorough making sure I understood every item I was signing and why. I cannot say enough about this dealership, their professionalism, their attention to a customer’s needs and their determination to make sure I left their building feeling good about my purchase. I will recommend them to anyone shopping for a new car, specifically Kia. The hope is the long term assistance remains just as top notch! More
