Gave us a rebate and tried to do a bait and switch and told us to pay for the rebate they promised we qualified for after already having the car for two months. Went to the office to clarify the situation and the manager (Kalani) got upset when we asked for proof in the contract and kicked us out. Later emailed the general manager (Mike) who was also very rude. Both of them kept lying to us and sent us documents that had nothing to do with what we were asking about and kept trying to twist the story and I wouldn’t be surprised if they reply with the same lie. Anyways won’t go into it too much but just filter by all the bad reviews and you’ll see they commonly bait and switch. Hopefully all Kia’s are not like this and this one was just a bad apple. More
Rolando, the sales rep, was great, went above and beyond to get the sale of the K5. Vicky, the finance rep, on the other hand was rude, disrespectful and talked to me as if I was an uneducated child. She basically lost the sale for Rolando and the dealership. Rolando and I agreed on a price range and once it was in Vickey's hands she added extended warranty and gap insurance, which increased the payment by $80/month. I walked out without purchasing the car after making jump through hoops and multiple visits to the dealership. I was a waste of my time and gas to say the least. Rob, the finance rep, called and tried to rectify the situation and was much better at customer service, but I just didn't like the run around I was given nor the lies I was told to increase the monthly payments. I declined the offer and will take my business else where. Needless to say, it cost a good sales rep a purchase. Personally I feel Vicky may need to retire if she doesn't know how to provide good customer service. More
Bought and serviced my EV6 here, all good! Sales was low pressure, not pushy, no bait/switch. Also had some software updates last week, they came to me in the waiting area 4 times to let me know progress, and washed the car before I got it back. I drive 1/2 hr to bring my car here, even though there's another kia dealer 10 min away. Your mileage may vary (as they used to say), but my experiences here have all been very good. More

Buyer Beware. Verbally abused, provided outdated, inaccurate information, query’s left unanswered, poor conflict resolution skills, suffered non-inclusive environm Verbally abused, provided outdated, inaccurate information, query’s left unanswered, poor conflict resolution skills, suffered non-inclusive environment indicated by ill treatment of person in protected class. Visited dealership with every intention of buying new, 2023 car same day – w/o even needing test drive. Found acceptable car on lot. Put down $1,000.00 cash down payment while agreeing to an additional $9,000.00 in cash pre purchase. Total $10,000.00 cash DP. 5 days later left work early, returned rental was using while car was prepared for pick-up then set out to assume ownership of vehicle. During trip to Crowley finance manager called me to start paperwork. After several sessions on hold was informed sale could not go forward due to back taxes not paid. I stated might be a error or system glitch, assuring him taxes were current. Again put on hold for him to ‘see what could be done’. At this time original sales person called. I questioned why I was not informed of the purported tax issue during 5 days prior to the 20 minutes before picking-up car? Screaming at me salesman stated it was not dealership’s fault I did not pay $243.00 city tax bill. Nothing I tried could deescalate his anxiety. Call ended by salesman hanging up on me. Several other representatives called stating they tried calling me all day w/o receiving answer. Phone records do not support this. Anyway, returned home, now, due to return of rental, w/o transportation to work tomorrow. Got ride to alternate dealership and was able to complete a transaction. Although not in color I’d prefer. Will be taking delivery of car in couple days once detailing complete. This dealer didn’t find any delinquent tax records. His experience leads him to believe Crowley sold ‘my’ car at a higher price than was offered to me. Then, needed reason to justify not selling as agreed. This is supposition – no proof. But honestly what else could it be? City tax accessor states I don’t owe the purported taxes. Anyway, just be aware of this practice & leery of Crowley in particular. More
I called this dealership on a Saturday morning for a oil change 4 new tires mounted and balanced plus a front end alignment . I spoke to a gentleman Brian . I was told I could stop by and he could take care of it as soon as I arrived. Also I was told he would have me finished in 2 hours.I was out in 2 hours as promised. Also the waiting room was clean coffee was available . Of all the times I have been to service centers this was the best experience I’ve had by far thank you very much for being so courteous and taking care of my car issues so promptly thank you Carl Kohlberg More
