Originally we were going to go through their bad credit program but after they saw we had a nice size down payment, I felt like we were taken for granted and pushed through this sale. Our needs werent addressed because the vehicle is too small for our needs. Even after a big down payment of 16000 we still walked out of their with a 9,000 payment and the car isn't all that. IT has no bells and whistles it's very plain. To add insult to injury it's a 1/2 hour drive just to utilize the free oil change which is part of that 9000 upcharge. The experience was so horrible we have no desire to come this far for an oil change just to be reminded of the mistake we made. Every week my daughter and I say the same thing we are blessed to have a car but we hate THIS car. More

I called in and made an appointment to sign the paper for the gap protection cancellation since I paid off the loan early. I came in and the person there was busy, so I waited for almost an hour just to found out that she will have to take another 2 customers who came after me. I then was told to call and make another appointments tomorrow, the guy also told me that it doesn't matter if you have an appointment, new customers always come first. Then what the point of making appointment in the first place? Will never buy anything from this place ever again. More

They screwed up the contract even though I was clear that I wanted my deposit back. Then, 6 days after buying a car the sunroof starts leaking. I bought the car and drove 150 miles to pick it up. Peter, the used car manager refused to work with me about the sunroof. The car also came with no floor mats which wasn't mentioned when I asked about the car over the phone. So 6 days into my car I have a leaky sunroof, I'm out my deposit, and I have to buy $350 floor mats. Go somewhere else. Read the reviews on Google. I am not the only one to have these problems. I only hope my review saves someone else the problems I am having. More

Our sales person, Erik, was quite We recently purchased a used car at Crowley Kia. Unfortunately it is not an experience we would ever want to repeat. Our sales person, Erik, was quite pleasant. If we could have worked solely with him on this sale, it probably would have been fine. However, he had to go through the manager, Ryan, on several matters. Ryan's poor attitude and condescending manner towards a customer very nearly had us leave without the car and assured that we would not recommend this dealership in the future. In addition, the car was not clean inside or out, not even vacuumed - the seats were covered in animal fur and we had to scrape off a piece of candy stuck on a seat. I know this was a used car - but not even a minimal effort was made at making it ready to take home. A follow up call by us after the sale to clarify an accounting question was met with a defensive attitude from Ryan rather than a helpful or forthcoming one. More
Don't go! I went to Crowley a couple weeks ago looking for a new Kia Sorento. I spoke with Chris who had me test drive a sorento and then talked me into putting a deposit down on a specific SUV to hold the vehicle while they worked out the financing. After me calling them for 3 days straight, they finally call me back and told me that the specific car I put a deposit on is no longer in the lot; and it was sold. The sales manager "Craddy" (?????) was very nice while I was there but then quickly turned sour when I asked why the car that I put a deposit on was SOLD. His specific words were "Why are you badgering me?" ... Awful customer service, dishonest people. What do they take a deposit for when they sell the cars anyway???? Went to Shakers Kia in Watertown the next day and left with my bran new Kia Sorento- couldn't be happier with their service, and staff!! Go to Shakers!! More
