And Crowley Kia gives the pre typed response...Sorry for you problems, please contact us.....xx, I Contacted the manager, the finance department, and left messages for Ken Crowley numerous times and heard NOTHING back from any of them. I contacted the service contract company MYSELF, I got the refund MYSELF. There is nothing you can do now other than send me the money I lost due to the later filing and you won't do that. You had your chance.
