Pleasurable Transaction! This was our 2nd transaction with Crowley Kia. Our salesman, Butch Hanning, was so easy to talk with-NO pushy sales talk! No Way I don't know if people are just naive or what? I purchased My Kia Sorento back in 2014. Yah the sales staff was so nice and friendly blah blah blah I don't know if people are just naive or what? I purchased My Kia Sorento back in 2014. Yah the sales staff was so nice and friendly blah blah blah. Then I had to have service done Just last month June 2017. My car was making clunking noises when stopping and driving. I was told by the service department that it was my strut mounts and a bearing. Had that changed. Did not fix the noise. So brought it back with another ride out with the technician. I left the car there. Got a call saying they don't know what the noise and they are stumped. Then I get told they were taking parts off a used Kia to try on my car. Then I get another call saying they sold the car they were taking the used parts off of to try on my car. Then I get a call saying they have a field tech coming out to look at my car and he wont be there till July 5, 2017. I say this sarcastically because they only have Certified Technicians who only can do oil changes. I said if you don't know what is wrong with it I am not going to drive it till then. Here it is June 23. So I go pick up a rental car from them. Had it for two days. Guess what??? They left me with no gas when I left the lot and then said they sold it and had to come pick it back up. They did supply me with yet again another rental car. I was told by Steve Miller the VP that they put a lot of hours into my car trying to find out what was wrong. A lot of hours as meaning 6 hours by Steve. I did have the pleasure of speaking to Ken Crowley, Steve Miller, Dan and Scott. Let me telling you if bull walks bull talks. So I get told they are doing me a favor for giving me a rental car and I am lucky I am not walking around. (Seriously) They all talk over you and will not I repeat will not let you talk. I have an extended warranty on my car and find out from the insurance they are paying them for the rental. So my car sat there for a month. Field Tech came out and said it was the sway bar blah blah blah. You would think they would of over nighted the parts. Oh NOOOO I just got my car back July 14, 2017. Ken does not want to know why you are not happy he will just tell you to go somewhere else. When I confronted him about what he said to me that I was lucky I wasn't walking around. I told him the Insurance is paying for that rental car. He laughed a devilish laugh and said he wasn't arguing with me. What a joke. I will never buy another Kia and I will tell everyone not too. Just by the service department on how they treat you. They do not deserve 1 star from me. You all just wait until you have a real problem. More

The first time we went in with the goals to get a great deal and drive off in a new, larger SUV than our previous vehicle. Rob exceeded our needs finding the ideal vehicle in the desired color at an amazing monthly price. He was friendly, understanding, and willing to go extra lengths to help us. We left with a beautiful new 2017 Sorento all thanks to this great employee. With such a good experience, we knew we had to return a second time to work with Rob to purchase a used Sorento and trade-in our old vehicle. Rob remembered us and everything we were looking for, and within an hour he landed us with the perfect 2016 Sorento with perks, again getting us a fantastic deal. We could not be happier with this dealership and working with Rob. His kindness and interest to work with his customers should not go unnoticed. We would recommend him to all friends and family. Maybe we will have to go back a third time now! More

He told me I was welcome to partake in the basket of snacks available for the customers. I said WOW, never saw anything like that at other Crowley Dealerships that I bought vehicles from. The waiting room was well organized, clean and offered TV, WIFI and assorted reading material. My vehicle was ready for me in about a half hour and Scott briefly explained the paperwork and I was on my way. More
SHADY! NOT TRANSPARENT! DISHONEST! Worst experience ever with sales staff! 3 hours of Artur and Mike going back and forth over numbers. Neither can provide me with a bottom line price of the car. I obtained my own financing, however, they promised to match. Lowballed me on trade in! I obtained 3 quotes prior and they were the lowest. I asked repeatedly for artur to do the trade separately from price of car. He gives me a written payment amt with matching interest rate and months. I think about it and agree. He then come back and mike says no, and raises it $40 a month! I leave and artur asks me to come back in and lied to me as he told me his mgr wanted to meet me. I went back in and it was same general mgr mike!! Mike asks what can be do?? Really, 3 hours later, you know, match what artur wrote down in front of me! He decreases the amount by $15!! Omg... NIGHT MARE!! OWNER has another manager call me to apologize and to come back and they will meet me halfway in the monthly pymt and match the financing. I go back the next day, the finance manager, Rubin, starts off by having me sign blank,papers. I ask to see the purchase order and he says it is on his computer. I am not going to start signing papers without seeing numbers!! I ask him to verify the interest rate. Again,it is on the computer!! Really??!! Finally, he looks at his computer and tells me the rate and it is higher than our agreed upon matched interest rate!! No wonder why he didn't print out the purchase order or share his computer screen with me!! Unscrupulous, shady, untrustworthy sales practices all around!! Please do your homework if you shop here for a car. Obtain your own interest rate and financing. Get quotes from 2 to 3 dealers on your trade on. Ask to see the bottom line price of the car. If a dealer won't do that for you, run. They are not being honest. I also pulled a car fax. Msrp is 30,200. This car is being sold as new dealer demo. Car fax is showing retail price 22500 and trade in 18500. I asked why would car fax have this car listed at retail of 22,500? Mikes response, anytime you drive a new car off the lot, it depreciated in value. Mike, the car is on your lot, not sold yet!! This was such a stressful car buying experience! Thankfully, I walked out of the deal! More
