After spending what felt like an eternity visiting various dealerships, I stumbled upon the greatest car dealership and salesman I could ever hope for—Bobby C. Despite living on the Upper East Side in NYC, a single phone call with him made me realize Crowley KIA was where I wanted to purchase my new KIA K5 GT, even with a 110-mile drive ahead of me. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of belonging. It felt like I was among friends right away! Bobby and the entire team took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through a selection of vehicles that perfectly matched my desires. Bobby’s extensive knowledge and passion for helping customers turned the entire process into an enjoyable and informative experience. I spoke to the service general manager, Scott Patterson at Crowley Kia in Bristol on Broad Street and he told me to get my car into Kia as he believed the issue I was having was covered under an extended w at Crowley Kia in Bristol on Broad Street and he told me to get my car into Kia as he believed the issue I was having was covered under an extended warranty due to a class action lawsuit. To backtrack, I have brought my vehicle to this dealership in the past couple years since I moved closer to this location than where I purchased the vehicle from. He never said that I should bring it to the actual dealership where I bought my car, so I had it towed to him at Kia Crowley in Bristol. From the minute my car got there, Arthur Fil, I believe he is the head mechanic treated me like I was literally a stupid and ignorant human being or better yet, a woman!! Anyone who knows me knows that I am smart, kind, and respected. It was plain and clear that they wanted nothing to do to help me instead let my car sit there for three days while I missed work and not even have the audacity to tell me what was going on with my vehicle. Arthur asked me to send him over invoices of any work I’ve had done to my car in the past year when I took the time to do that he then responded that Kia wouldn’t be satisfied with only three invoices from “his experience”. Well, I can’t just create invoices of work that didn’t actually get done, if I only had three I only had three . Arthur also said that he wanted to be transparent, and said that my car would not be on the top of their priority list and don’t expect a rental as their don’t have many of them. Arthur is arrogant , uncompassionate and simply not a good human being. It was at that point I paid once again to have my car towed to the dealership where I bought the car. When I told this dealership, what Kia Bristol did they were appalled! Within hours I was told what the issue was with my vehicle and funny they never asked me for any past invoices of service done to my vehicle. Pretty funny, Arthur was probably just trying to harass me and be a bully, you could tell by his personality. And they didn’t treat me like I was a third class citizen. I would never do business at this dealership, EVER. I hope anyone who reads this review takes this seriously, these guys do not even deserve to have jobs. Let alone any business to support them! I will be posting on other platforms and anything I can do to prevent people from being harassed and bullied by this dealership the way I was!! More
Crowley Kia would try to sell me a used Forte that was in a accidents. they said that was all I can afford. My credit rating is 7.10 The Financing department would not finance me. Then I went to Blasius K a accidents. they said that was all I can afford. My credit rating is 7.10 The Financing department would not finance me. Then I went to Blasius Kia, purchased a 2021 Kia forte, with low mileage and a good Carfax report. I was able to get financed with Blasius and everything went smoothly. I will not deal with Crowley Kia again. More
My car has been in this dealership 3 times for the same issue and it was never resolved. The check engine light continues to come on, they can not fix the problem. I also asked for 2 other items to be look issue and it was never resolved. The check engine light continues to come on, they can not fix the problem. I also asked for 2 other items to be looked at on the second visit and it was never addressed. I picked up the car yesterday after another failed visit to resolve the problem. I told them I would not be servicing my car here again; no one from the service department even tried to see why. No one called me after I left to try to resolve the problem. Poor communication and poor customer service from this dealership. More

I recently leased a 2024 Kia Telluride from Crowley Kia and the experience was by far the best I’ve received as a consumer anywhere. I previously worked in the car business as a salesperson and have never and the experience was by far the best I’ve received as a consumer anywhere. My salesman, Butch Hanning, went so far above and beyond what I would ever expect in every way possible with the help of the manager Mike Buccheri and the business manager Kate Crowley. The delivery specialist Evan was kind and helpful. They were honest, transparent, fair, and caring. It was a 10/5 star experience and I could not thank them enough. They have gained a customer for life. If you or anybody you know is looking for a car, Crowley is hands down the place to go! More
