We are very surprised by this review. We fill we were kind, informative and professional throughout all of our interactions with the client. The client was cordial and seemed to understand how busy we were. Clients car was towed in with a seized engine. From the start, we made it very clear that this repair is a slow process due to the number of clients ahead of her. Due to the lack of additional servicing time at our location, Kia had insufficient information to approve the engine. Client was asked to bring in invoices showing the servicing done on the vehicle. Even though we offer loaner vehicles, they were already out or reserved by clients that we ahead of her and prioritized due to our policy being a first come, first served basis. We pointed out to her that the dealership she purchased from might be less busy and therefore able to do the repair sooner and get her a loaner in the meantime. The reason you’re surprised about my review is because when you’re a bully and not a kind person, that’s always ones reaction; “oh, I didn’t realize I was being this way”. Your response is immensely inaccurate, but that’s OK it just validates my original review and statement. Yes, I was cordial because I’m a kind, respectful person. Actually, I’m something better than kind after being treated and spoken to the way I was, like I was ignorant and stupid. Once again, I was taking care of with dignity and respect at the dealership where I took my car. I hope others take their business to any other Kia dealership than Kia Bristol.
