Not the best experience for my first service visit! I had to take my car a second time to Crowley due to the fact that the recall that was supposed to be done was not, on my first visit. Instead I got an oil change that I did not ask for and, did not need. It was difficult reaching the service department to discuss this issue but I realize that COVID-19 impacted ability to fully provide immediate customer service. Of course, when I entered a sales extension, I got right in!! I finally spoke with a service manager who explained what he thought had happened and he recitfied the situation with another appointment. Something that I really noticed when I entered your service department. No one greeted me or other people who entered the office. They all appeared too busy to look up and acknowledge their customers. Something to think about and work on. I am having second thoughts about using Crowley in Bristol for future service needs. Mixed feelings I brought my truck in for an oil change and brakes at Crowley in Bristol. The service leader, Jim, was outstanding. He accommodated the brake service I brought my truck in for an oil change and brakes at Crowley in Bristol. The service leader, Jim, was outstanding. He accommodated the brake service while I waited. In addition, Jim mentioned a tire sale they were having and I could not beat the price and he managed to rearrange the schedule and continue working on the truck. Awsome job to Jim and staff. However when I was presented with a $1500 bill, I was furious as when I bought the truck the sales team sold me a oil change and brake change for as long as I own the vehicle for $4000. Had the sales people at Crowley not misled me I could have done the brakes myself. The service team was great but watch the sales people as the are dishonest! More
