I brought my 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited in for service because it’s making a constant clunking noise from the transmission every time pressure is taken off the gas pedal then reapplied. Unfortunately, Mark told me Chrysler hasn’t received enough complaints to do a recall to remedy this issue so I have to live with it for now. I leased this vehicle on April 20, 2020. I am not happy with the outcome but understand it’s out of Mark’s control for now. More

I called to set up an appointment and when I arrived, I was welcomed, and felt completely safe, as all pandemic best practices were followed. Normal procedures were followed (features explained, test drive, financing options, etc). I knew what car I wanted before I arrived, and the way I was treated by the Crowley staff made my decision to buy that much easier. When my car was ready for delivery, there were no “surprises” in the finance office, as the price the Sales Manager previously quoted to me was the price on the contract (though I did a few add-ons). After living with my car for a few days, I am still 100% satisfied. I plan on returning to Crowley for all routine maintenance. My car of choice: a 2020 Jeep Compass. More
An intermittent problem solved!! We had experienced an intermittent issue with the headlights/directional signals. At first, it was thought to be a poor ground connection. That seemed We had experienced an intermittent issue with the headlights/directional signals. At first, it was thought to be a poor ground connection. That seemed to have fixed the issue for a long period, but it recurred. When we brought the vehicle back, the service dept. couldn’t replicate the issue until the 2nd day they had it. The service people were not releasing the vehicle because they considered this to be “critical”. They pinpointed the issue to a particular component. They moved the component to the opposite side lights & the trouble moved with the component. The defective item was replaced & everything is working fine. We thank them for their determination in finding and fixing this issue. Their prime concern, in this case, is not only customer satisfaction, but customer safety. More
