Wish I could rate higher Brought vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. Service report said that tire rotation was performed, but this was not done. Service rep said that this might be a training issue. If this wasn't the second time in a row that this happened I would give the benefit of the doubt, but two times in a row is hard to ignore. Oil change was performed quickly and correctly. While they offered to remedy the tire rotation, big concern is the ability to be able to trust that service stated on the invoice is actually the service that is rendered. More

Wish I could do 0 stars. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and I buy a new car every three years. Traveled a little further from home because the price was just a little lower on my 2020 have ever dealt with and I buy a new car every three years. I have had ongoing issues with the vehicle since the day I bought it. Brought it to the service department there twice in the first month. Problems were not fixed and I got the “cannot duplicate customer’s concern”. Basically they won’t take the time to find and take care of warranty work because they are getting a flat rate. I was told to bring a list to my 1st service at 7,500 mile if my issues. So when I called a month ago and scheduled my appointment for last Saturday, I specifically asked if they needed my list then. I was told they didn’t and I should bring it that day. When I arrived I was told they can’t do anything but oil changes on Saturday. I was told I would be getting a call from the service manager Monday morning. That never happened. There has been nothing that I can honestly say has been good about my experience with Crowley from the initial sale with problems with paperwork to my experience with the service department. Once you drive out of the lot with your new car they do not care at all. So if you care about having a good dealership stay away! And don’t believe the commercials, Ken Crowley does not want to know about it if you are not happy. I Will Never Recommend Crowley to friends and family and I Will Never Go Back even with free lifetime service on my vehicle. More

Excellent service and great rates. Paperwork was completed quickly and I was able to pick up my car in about one hour. My Bluetooth connection to my phone was completed and functions regarding dash completed quickly and I was able to pick up my car in about one hour.
