Took my car in for a service oil change and headlight a Jeep renegade. Poor communication. I was told over the phone it would be $31 to replace my head light, I showed up and it was $81. Poor communication, and even worse customer service! They replaced the radiator on my 17 Ram Promaster 1500 under warranty, and now I have electrical issues and a factory installed remote start that no longe replaced the radiator on my 17 Ram Promaster 1500 under warranty, and now I have electrical issues and a factory installed remote start that no longer functions. They want to charge me $200+ to fix their screw up because even though I bought the “bumper to bumper” extended warranty, it doesn’t cover electrical transmission/receiver devices like my remote starter. I have also picked up my vehicle and had to bring it back so they could fix scratches and chips that they put in the paint during service. I have taken the van across the country and back twice, and Crowley’s has done more damage to my vehicle in the time they have had it to service the vehicle...Steer clear of the service manager Jim, he won’t care about you as a customer, or at least he didn’t seem to care for me...
